Venetic. Third Beat Festival – a bridge between nature, art, and community!

With each edition, Venetic. Third Beat evolves into more than just a festival; it becomes a bridge between the urban world we come from and the traditional communities we live in. This year, we are honored to confirm that we enjoy the trust and support of our audience, which forms the foundation on which we continue to build this unique experience. We sincerely thank you for your support and your contribution to the festival's success.

Venetic. Third Beat remains true to its mission of creating a deep connection between cultures and communities, encouraging dialogue and collaboration between those who bring urban traditions and those who live in the surrounding rural communities. In a remote area without running water, our festival emphasizes efficiency and sustainability. Water is sourced from wells and springs, and food is prepared from local ingredients, thus reducing the environmental impact.

This year is again filled with remarkable artists who make Venetic. Third Beat a platform for expressing national alternative culture in music, visual arts, and performance. Among them are:

  • TUMBE: An exceptional band merging traditional Aromanian music with modern interpretations.

  • ELVEN BIRD: Creates a sensitive, poetic, and personal sonic universe.

  • RADU VÂLCU - In Flow: An effervescent sonic experience with impressive virtuosity.

For dance and music lovers, the party and listening space curation is provided by:

  • BUUNIKU: Funk-jazz-house-eclectic rhythms.

  • DJ VASILE: Always surprising.

  • MIHAI DOBRE (aka DOBRICĂ): With an energizing DJ set.

  • LEJER: Electric soul vinyl only.

The festival also features a film screening section with surprising creations by two remarkable female filmmakers: Ioana Mischie and Veronica Solomon. The performing arts are represented through film projections, featuring innovative visual creations by renowned filmmakers:

  • Ioana Mischie, presenting "Government of Children 2," a visionary project exploring the world from children's perspectives in a unique and captivating way.

  • Veronica Solomon, known for her fantastic, occasionally dark animations that capture the imagination of both children and adults.

Performing arts are also featured at the festival through the CICLAM project, an exploration of the '90s brought to the stage by a talented team including Irina Artenii, Maria Balabaș, Mihai Balabaș, Andrei Brădean, Irina Gâdiuță, Marina Pingulescu, and Dilmana Yordanova. This piece is a personal and profound dive into a defining period for contemporary culture.

For families and children, the festival will offer special activities such as a chocolate workshop with Oana from Șomartin Chocolate, "Fitness For Dreamers" sessions with Adriana Chiruță, and musical sessions with Maria Balabaș. Hill walks, vinyl corners, local products, and artisan items will complement the experience.

Venetic. Third Beat continues to reaffirm its commitment to sustainability. Set in a secluded natural setting without running water, the festival places a strong emphasis on efficiency and environmental protection. Water will be sourced from local wells and springs, and food will be prepared with local ingredients, supporting local communities and reducing the carbon footprint.
