Ţopa Ecological Farm Located 10 km from Sighisoara, the farm has been the soul of the Cişmaş family for over 15 years. Tincuţa and Dan, along with their four children, all work together on this project focused on certified organic farming. They produce a wide range of products, from dairy products (white cheese varieties, sweet cheese, cream), to vegetables, dried plants for tea, but also a number of traditional products (jams and sweets, pickles, zacusca, syrups).
