a.) **Event opening at 11:00 – welcome**
Between 11:00 and 13:00 – local gastronomy
With a focus on regional specificity, seasonality, authentic recipes, involvement of the local community, and sustainability.

b.) **Between 13:00 and 15:00**
Visit to the fortified church, tour of the workshops of Handwerkerschule Martinsdorf / Siebenbürgen e.V. Then we explore the village and its surroundings—movement after the meal.

c.) **Between 15:00 and 17:00**
Workshops for both adults and children, offered by the instructors and students of the crafts school.

**Transylvanian Brunch** is an itinerant project that started in 2008 and is now in its 19th season.
The purpose of this charitable event is to support:

a. promoting small villages and their communities
b. the consumption of seasonal products sourced from local small producers
c. preserving natural heritage and protecting built heritage. The entrance ticket already includes a donation to the Fortified Churches Foundation for the care of these historical monuments (50 RON).
d. spending meaningful leisure time outdoors. We dine outside to support local projects that need our help.
