a.) Event opening at 11:00 – welcome
Between 11:00 and 13:00 – local gastronomy
With a focus on regional specificity, seasonality, authentic recipes, involvement of the local community, and sustainability.

b.) Between 13:00 and 15:00
Visit to the fortified church, followed by discovering the village and its surroundings—movement after the meal.

c.) Between 15:00 and 17:00
Workshop for adults and children

Transylvanian Brunch is an itinerant project that started in 2008 and is now in its 19th season. The purpose of this charitable event is to support:
a. promoting small villages and their communities
b. the consumption of seasonal products sourced from local small producers
c. preserving natural heritage and protecting built heritage. The entrance ticket already includes a donation to the Fortified Churches Foundation for the care of these historical monuments (50 RON).
d. spending meaningful leisure time outdoors

We eat outdoors to support local projects that need our help.
