We invite you to experience an authentic Saxon experience in the picturesque village of Copșa Mare on Saturday, October 26, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM. The event will take place at Casa Albastră, located just 2 km from the UNESCO site Biertan and close to Via Transilvanica, in the Terra Saxonum sector.

You will have the chance to enjoy a delicious brunch with local products, participate in a guided tour of the household, and join workshops on bread baking, making fresh cheese, and felting. We will also visit the fortified church in Copșa Mare, and lunch will include traditional dishes such as pumpkin cream soup, cauldron beans with smoked ham hock, and apple lichiu.

Throughout the event, you will be able to purchase honey, beekeeping products, and local preserves from nearby producers. Upon departure, each participant will receive a culinary gift: fresh bread and cheese.
