Join us for a wonderful Autumn Saturday on October 4th, at 10 AM. We open the doors of the blue house in the heart of Transylvania, located just 2 km away from the Biertan UNESCO site, not far from the entrance to Via Transilvanica - Terra Saxonum sector.

You will discover local people, crafts kept alive, traditional architecture well preserved over time and you will enjoy nature, culinary experiences with local products and the Saxon cultural heritage.
The program of the day
The event will take place between 𝟏𝟏:𝟎𝟎 – 𝟏𝟕:𝟎𝟎, and we will enjoy the following activities together:
🔸 Welcome brunch with local products from our hosts' household: quiche with vegetables and cheese, bread with zacuscă, eggplant salad, platter with local cheeses (curd, telemea), sausages, bacon, bacon paste, jam, caltaboş, seasonal vegetables, coffee (from the Rubia social enterprise in the village of Șoala), tea, socata, water;
🔸 Presentation of the local gastronomic point Copsța Mare 122;
🔸 𝐀𝐧𝐞𝐫 🔸 stories at the stove about clean food and community-supported agriculture (the ASAT model), with Ioana & Marius from Culinarativ and ASAT - the Association for the Support of Peasant Agriculture;
🔸 visit to the fortified church in Copsa Mare;
🔸 Lunch service: green bean soup with egg and sour cream, sarmale with polenta and sour cream (we will also have a vegetarian version), semolina and plum liqueur, tea, coffee, chocata, water;
🔸 End of the event: each participant goes home with a freshly baked loaf of bread.
Throughout the event you will be able to buy:
🔸 honey, beekeeping products and miniature wooden toys, from the Orthodox priest from the village of Copşa Mare, Mr. Ioan Cristian Bica, passionate about beekeeping and wood carving.
🔸 jams, sweets and syrups from the Cocoș Family, local producers.

- adults: 200 lei
- children 7-12 years old: 100 lei
- children under 7 years old: free

To validate your registration for the brunch, an advance payment of 60 lei / adult and 30 lei / child will be charged, and the rest of the amount of money is paid in cash on site.

The advance payment will be returned in case of cancellation of the reservation, only if the cancellation is made by Thursday, November 13, 12:00.
In order to request a cancellation, an e-mail with the text “Cancellation Copșa Mare 122” will be sent to the address culinarativ@gmail.com, specifying the first and last name with which the reservation was made and the bank account for the return.
