Dear hikers,
We invite you to a relaxing trek in the surroundings of Dumbrăveni, where we will explore the beauty of secular forests on foot. The route is suitable for all ages and fitness levels (beginner), offering a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time in the fresh air with family and friends. We will be guided by the rustle of leaves and fairytale landscapes painted in the warm colors of autumn.
And because an authentic experience must also have a matching taste, we have prepared a surprise stop at a local artisanal cheese dairy! Here, we will have the chance to taste delicious local products and learn more about regional traditions.
So, if you want to recharge your batteries with positive energy, superb landscapes, and authentic flavors, we look forward to having you with us this Sunday!

WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
Sunday, April 26th
9:00 AM – SIBIU, in the parking lot in front of Penny store, Calea Gușteriței
ROUTE INFORMATION
Distance: 12.5 km
Elevation gain: +/- 400 m
Difficulty: Easy
Duration: 5 hours
We allocate approximately 7 hours in total, including generous breaks and the stop at the Cheese Manufactory (Manufactura de Brânză).

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Hiking boots;
Long pants;
Thermos with tea, water bottle (preferably 2L);
Rain/wind gear (layered clothing);
Sunscreen;
Cap/buff;
Spare t-shirt;
Snacks (fruit, bars, or items for the fire);
Trekking poles.

COSTS
Adult: 90 lei
Child: 20 lei
Minimum 6 participants.
Children over 10 years old may participate, provided they are accompanied by a parent who is responsible for evaluating the route's difficulty for the child.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is self-arranged, with costs covered by each participant. If you wish to join but do not have a car, after purchasing your ticket, you can contact the guide to be put in touch with other participants who might offer a ride.
