Flanderhof Manor opens its doors for a journey through time, through stories, architecture, art and rural tradition.

Visitors will be able to discover, during a guided tour, the story of the Flanderhof estate, as well as the heritage elements that make it a special place in the Transylvanian countryside. The tour will include a visit to the tower, the library with 20,000 art and history books and the lookout point, from where the landscape around the village of Daia can be admired.

The tour will continue through the estate gardens, which bring together over 280 types of plants and trees, offering the public the opportunity to discover the relationship between the built heritage, nature and rural life.

Through this event, Flanderhof Manor aims to pass on the stories of places, houses and objects that are worth preserving and knowing.

Also in the village, you can visit the fortified Evangelical Church, built in the 13th century and fortified around 1500, and the Daia Nouă Orthodox chapel, dating from 1770.
