A night at the museum - The Gheorghe Cernea Ethnographic Museum in Rupea, housed in a historic building from the 18th century, evokes the rural world around the village of Rupea (documentally attested since 1433). The exhibition illustrates the specifics of the multiethnic area: fishing, pottery, weddings, customs of the Saxon population, the interior of the Saxon and Romanian house. Costumes, fabrics, furniture, tools, icons and ceramics are exhibited.
