A real treat of traditional shepherd white cheese in Viscri. Mountain bellows cheese, brought by My Transylvania, directly from Râu Sadului / Țara Colibelor.

On the weekend of November 15–16, you will find 7 types of bellows dishes on the menu, designed especially for brunch, but available à la carte, alongside the regular menu.
With the hot oven, wine from the cellar and bellows cheese as much as you can eat.

For all 7 dishes, from salty liquor, cheese meatballs, potato ”hrenzale”, to fennel tart, the hosts will prepare pairings with wines from Dealu Mare, from the DeMatei Winery: cuvees, Fetească Albă and Regală from single vineyard plots, but also exclusive Viscri 32 wines, vinified especially for us.
