The Haferland Week Festival, the biggest event dedicated to the promotion of Saxon culture in Transylvania, returns in 2024 for the 12th edition.
🌿 We invite you to the authentic fairy tale land, in Oatland, to celebrate Saxon history and traditions, carefully preserved here, in the heart of the country.

Time schedule:
11:00 – 12:00 – Presentation of the organ restoration project and organ concert
12:00 – 12:15 – Traditional Saxon dances
12:15 – 12:45 – Hike to the fortress (starting point: C.A. Saschiz Evangelical Church)
12:45 – 13:00 – Guided tour of the fortress
13:00 – 14:00 – Cultural picnic, with brass band music
