On the second weekend of Gustar, on August 8th and 9th, we open the doors of the Cobor Farmhouse for two days with courtyard dining, tranquility, and tastes that bring summer to life on a plate. At the beginning of August, the gardens are full, the tomatoes have a real taste, the basil smells strong, and the berries find their place in the cool desserts. This weekend's menu starts with seasonal ingredients and recipes that are eaten slowly, at a long table, with family and friends:
- Green bean soup, dressed with cream and parsley
- Clear perișoare soup, with green lovage
- Turkey roulade with spinach and kneaded cheese, accompanied by browned potatoes with ruzinicini sauce
- Stuffed peppers, with creamy tomato sauce and full-fat buffalo cream
- Tomato salad with buffalo milk telemea, garlic-rubbed toast and fresh basil pesto
- Milk cream with raspberry sauce, fresh blackberries and wild mint
At Cobor, meals start with good food and continue with stories, walks through the farm and a few hours in which the city seems very far away.
