On the first weekend in Cireşar, on June 6th and 7th, the Cobor Farmhouse reopens its doors at a slow pace, at the beginning of summer. An opening that brings together the taste of ripe cherries, long tables in the yard and the joy of simple things, which naturally arise when people gather together.
This weekend is dedicated to cherries, the fruit that announces summer in villages and that preserves something of the memory of childhood, of laden trees and afternoons spent outside until late. We will cook with local ingredients, prepare seasonal desserts and snacks and let time flow more slowly, between stories, nature and the tranquility of the place, exactly the things we look for when we escape the city.

Cobor remains a space for meaningful encounters: with people, with local tastes, with nature and with the simple beauty of the Transylvanian village at the beginning of summer.
