On Saturday, July 25, we leave Mediaș on Via Transilvanica and head towards Bazna, to enjoy the forest, visit the church and then cool off with a lemonade and a cake!
The hike is easy, with only one uphill slope, with plenty of shade, about 7 km through the forest.
Meeting:
8:00 am – Kaufland Sibiu

9:20 am opposite the Mediaș Synagogue (Str Kogălniceanu no. 43)

Trail difficulty: easy but long;
Distance: 11 km one way (we return by car)
Altitude difference: about 200 m;

Hiking boots;
Water bottle – 2 liters;
Hat/cap

Snacks.

Price:
120 lei/person - includes the guide, entrance to the church, cake and coffee. The return from Bazna will be done by taxi/minibus and will be paid separately, approximately 20-30 lei per person.
Children up to the age of 14 have free access.
The number of available places is limited to 15 people and the hike will only take place if a number of 10 people are gathered.
