Dear nature lovers,
We invite you to a family hike, on the segment of the Via Transilvanica that connects Richiș to Biertan.
The route is easy to medium, the medium parts being the beginning and end – the slopes. They are not steep, but they require a little more attention. Most of the length of the route takes place on the hilltop and is very similar to a walk through the park.

WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?

Meeting place: the parking lot of the Hobby Mobila furniture store, at the exit from Sibiu towards Agnita (Ștefan cel Mare str.) - or directly at Richiș - ask the organizers for information.

Distance: 17 km
Level difference: 300 m
Route difficulty: easy - medium
Tour duration: approximately 5 - 6 hours.
Tourists who want to participate in the tour but are unable to travel to Richiș can call the tour guide (Mihai Proca – 0720003332) to find out if there are places in the cars of the other tour participants.
The tour is suitable for people with minimal physical condition and children at least 8 years old.
For those who cannot complete the entire 17 km route, we will leave a few cars at Biertan (half of our hike) from where they will be able to retreat faster.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Water/tea bottle, minimum 1 l.;
Snack for a break halfway through the route;
Hat and sunscreen;
Insect spray.
COSTS
80 lei/adult participant.
20 lei – children/youth between 8 and 16 years old
The tour will be held with a minimum of 10 paying adult participants. Children will participate accompanied by an adult.
