Dear nature lovers,

Join us for an easy, relaxing hike around the town of Nocrich, along which we talk about the benefits of conscious walking in the forest (especially conifers), we discover local stories, we learn what a correct posture means while hiking, including for children.
In the clearing where, once upon a time, the Saxon community met for various events, we will organize a special yoga session, adapted to the participants. We will work together with 2 people either adult-child or adult-adult to use and become aware of the muscles that maintain our correct posture. We will have fun in balance postures and we will calm down either in a guided meditation or with mindfulness exercises that are easy to practice with the children. It is a good exercise for building relationships and increasing mutual trust.
We return to the village where we visit the Scout Center - we will discover the fascinating universe of Hârtibaciu ceramics and the wonderful activity that scouts carry out in the local community. And, because hydration is essential, we enjoy stories and a refreshing lemonade. Those who wish can take a guided visit to the evangelical church where they will learn more about the life and family of Baron Samuel von Brukenthal.

WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
For those coming from Sibiu - we meet at 8.45 in the Gazprom gas station (intersection Stefan cel Mare and Semaforului streets)
With those who come directly to Nocrich, we meet in front of the Evangelical church at 9.30.

ROUTE INFORMATION
Easy difficulty (2-3 hours), also suitable for children.
Duration: approx. 5 hours
The hike is recommended for children of all ages.
