A hike not even 30 km away from Sibiu, in one of the most photographed villages in the Hârtibaciului Valley.
The tour starts from the vicinity of the fortified Church of Hosman and goes up to the south, in the direction of the village of Glâmboaca located on the banks of the Olt river. Arriving at the top of the hill, we will admire the panorama of the majestic Făgăraș Mountains and, after a short break for a snack, we will continue a little to the east in the direction of the village of Fofeldea, then we will turn north to return, on a path through the forest, to Hosman.
For those who heroically resisted to the end, we will have a local culinary surprise to delight them at the end
hiking.
The hike is suitable for people with minimal physical condition and children.

WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
For those leaving from Sibiu, departure is at 9:00 a.m., from the parking lot of the Hobby Mobilă store in Ștefan cel Mare street no. 195, at the exit towards Agnita.
For those coming from other areas, the departure for the hike is from the Hosman Fortified Church area.

Duration of the hike: approximately 4.5 – 5 hours; including transfer to / from Hosman approximately 6 hours;

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
Hiking boots or shoes with grippy soles;
Clothes adapted to the season, including a final waterproof layer;
Small tour backpack;
Change T-shirt;
Cap / hat, sunglasses;
Bottle of water, minimum 1 l.;
Snack for a break halfway through the route (we recommend a sandwich, fetaje and something sweet - chocolate or
energy bar).
Trekking poles can be helpful.

COSTS
80 lei/adult or child over 14 years old; 20 lei/child under 14 years old.
The tour will be held with a minimum of 10 adult participants.
