After the hustle and bustle of the summer, let's take a breath and reopen the series of tastings in the barn with a selection of the most delicious Transylvanian cheeses that we have discovered in recent years.
> Cow ricotta and Tilsit from Mr. Iosif from Făgăraş
> Local sheep pecorino (Făgăraș)
> Matured cheeses (Făgăraș)
> Camembert from Istvan from Cund
and several other local matured cheeses.

We celebrate the selection of cheeses from Formaggeria de Giuseppe and Manufactura de Brânză with several labels recently launched by Crama de Matei: Migală, Odor, Patima and our red Cuvee.
The cheeses are complemented by the sweets of the Adept Foundation in Saschiz.
