Dear hikers,
We will travel to Florești (where we will park), and we will follow the Via Transilvanica route to Mălâncrav. We will make a stop at the fortified Lutheran Church and the Apafi Manor, then we will continue, initially to the E then to the N to head towards Criș. Once here, we will take the opportunity to visit Bethlen Castle, which is in the process of restoration.
The hike is suitable for people with a minimum of physical condition and children aged at least 8, who have previously completed medium-length trails.
WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?
We will meet in the morning, at 8:00, in the Kaufland parking lot on Calea Șurii Mari.
From there we will travel by private car, on the route: Sibiu – Mediaș – Florești, where we will drop off the passengers, then we will take the cars to Criș, the arrival point

Hiking duration: approximately 7 – 8 hours (with breaks along the route).
NECESSARY EQUIPMENT
Hiking boots with good grip and waterproofing.
Season-appropriate clothing: technical base layer, a fleece, and a final waterproof and windproof layer; spare T-shirt or base layer; hat and gloves.
Small daypack. Water/tea bottle, at least 1.5 L.
Snack for the trail. Trekking poles can be very helpful.

TRANSPORT
We can provide round-trip transport for a limited number of people. To reserve a seat, please contact us by phone at 0722-177001 after completing the registration.
After the registration process is completed, the guide will create a WhatsApp group where we will organize / redistribute passengers into the cars of those who are driving. Their transportation costs will be shared among the occupants of each car (the approximate cost is 40 lei/person).

COSTS
80 lei/adult; 40 lei/pupil or student; 20 lei/child under 12.
The tour will take place with a minimum of 8 adult participants.
Children aged 5 and above may participate, provided they are accompanied by an adult; parents are responsible for assessing whether the route is suitable for their children.
