Dear hiker,
The Immunity Cure is a refreshing experience, combining outdoor movement with natural practices. The easy hike takes us through the hills around the village of Veseud, on unknown paths, among meadows and forest groves, with wide panoramas of the Făgăraș Mountains and the Hârtibaciului Valley, an area known for its biodiversity and tranquility.

Finally, we participate in a sea buckthorn workshop, where we discover the benefits of this plant and prepare simple products for immunity.

ROUTE INFORMATION

Level difference: 200 m
Distance: 6–10 km (can be adjusted according to the group's preferences)
Hike duration: 2.5 – 3 hours
Experience duration: 5 – 6 hours
Optional: this hike can be extended.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
t-shirts, socks and spare pants, mountain boots, raincoat, waterproof jacket and pants, hat, gloves, flashlight (recommended), snow guards if there is heavy snow (recommended), chalk, whistle, bottle of water or tea (min. 1.5 liters), snack for the route (optional).
