A workshop that brings children closer to one of the most beautiful visual traditions in the Transylvanian space: furniture painting.
Together with Zsolt Mathe, we discover how color works on wood and what decorative motifs say about place, people and time. We talk about the past, but we paint in the present – freely, carefully and meaningfully.
🎨 What we learn:
– brief introduction to the history of painted furniture
– types of colors, techniques, brushes
– the meaning of traditional motifs
– practical exercises on wood
