Join us for a special “Dinner, Stories and Hay Flowers”, an unique experience in the Saxon village of Meșendorf, where heritage, gastronomy, and art meet in a meaningful evening.

The evening will begin with a visit to the fortified church of Meșendorf, which will host the exhibition “Finite Infinite” – a collection of hand-painted silk scarves by artist Andreea Zahn, inspired by Transylvania. We will then take a short walk through the hills surrounding the village, to enjoy the peace and beauty of the place.

Dinner will be served in the barn at Meșendorf 65, where Oana and Adi will welcome us with a menu built around their artisan aged cheeses – the star of the evening being their famous hay- and wildflower-aged cheese.

The dishes will be accompanied by Transylvanian wines, carefully selected to blend harmoniously with the flavors of the night.

The evening will conclude with a mini tasting of aged cheeses, presented by Adi himself, in a setting filled with stories and tranquility.
