We invite you on Saturday, August 1, 2026, to spend a day rich in gastronomic, cultural and musical experiences in Cincșor.

The first brunch of August takes place between 11:00-15:00, in the courtyard of the former Saxon school – a historic building, created by the Transylvanian architect Fritz Balthes in 1910, with Art Nouveau elements.
The event is a celebration of local tastes and seasonal ingredients, a culinary experience full of unique flavors. As usual, creativity is the watchword, and chef Adrian Boșcu and his team have designed dishes in inspired, fresh and tasty combinations and associations.
Price: 170 lei/ person.

After brunch, we invite you to a guided tour of the Cincșor fortified church, where we discover the history and stories of the place, and visit the exhibitions hosted by it.
The day ends with Vivaldi chords, at the ANOTIMPURI concert held by the Romanian Guitar Quartet at the fortified church. From 6:00 PM, guitarists Dragoș Ilie, Costin Soare, Dan Arhire and Ioan Bănescu offer us a premiere arrangement of one of the most famous works of all time. Admission to the concert is free.
