An authentic culinary experience in the heart of Transylvania. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy dishes made with care, just as the locals did in the past. Here, rural landscapes blend with ancient traditions, and the beauty of a gastronomic journey in an intimate, rustic, and bohemian setting is incomparable.

Far from the daily hustle and bustle, in a welcoming, rustic backdrop, you’ll have the chance to savor traditional dishes prepared with local ingredients, and of course, with plenty of love and care. From fresh cheeses and steaming homemade bread to seasonal vegetables and sweet delights, we promise that the special menu designed for this event will bring joy to every gourmet. Every dish tells a story, a piece of Transylvanian history and culture, and you’ll have the chance to discover these stories with each bite.

Day's Program
🔸 Welcome brunch with local products
🔸 Presentation of Copșa Mare 122 + a guided tour of the household, where you will learn in detail about the importance of a local gastronomic point in promoting food sourced from peasant families
🔸 Felting workshop with local craftsman Ilie Iordan
🔸 Bread-making workshop in a wood-fired oven, with hosts Simona & Sile
🔸 Guided visit to the fortified church in Copșa Mare
🔸 Village tour and a short hike to the viewpoint on Cucu' Hill (in case of rain, the tour will be organized only for those who wish to participate, with appropriate clothing and footwear)
🔸 Lunch
🔸 Event conclusion: each participant will take home a freshly made loaf of bread

Ticket Price:
🔸 Adults: 165 lei
🔸 Children 6-12 years: 85 lei
🔸 Children under 6 years: free

To confirm your registration for the brunch, a deposit is required, with the balance payable in cash at the event.

The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled by Wednesday, September 18, 12:00 PM. To request a cancellation, an email with the subject "Cancellation Copșa Mare 122" should be sent to seciusimona79@yahoo.ro, including the full name used for the reservation and the bank account for the refund.
