What to expect?
A gentle yoga session, accessible to beginners, designed to relax the body and prepare the mind for an outdoor sound bath and a picnic prepared with local products, provided by local producers.

Participation is based on a minimum contribution of 100 lei.
The number of participants is limited to preserve the warm and authentic atmosphere of the circle and to offer each participant space, attention and presence.

You must bring:
* yoga mat or isoprene;
* a small pillow, if you want extra comfort.
