10:00 – Start of the parade on Avram Iancu Street
10:15 – Presentation of traditional characters at the intersection of Dacia
10:30 – Exhibition of traditional characters in front of the City Hall
11:00 – Highlight of the traditional characters' presentation at the intersection of Chirpăr, followed by the official opening of the parade
11:00 – 18:00 – "The Run of the Lole" on the surrounding streets of the city

The Run of the Lole is a Saxon tradition dating back to the 17th century, taking place on the last Sunday of January or the first Sunday of February. The Lole costume, represented by white clothing with colored edges and specific accessories, transforms Agnita into a place full of magic and history.

The legend of the Lole tells that this custom originated in the 13th century during the tatar invasions of the small Saxon market town of Agnita. The hero of this story is Ursula, the daughter of a furrier, whose courage saved the community from invaders.
